League of Legends ELO Boosting Rules

Please review this thread and post here if you have any comments or concerns. We want this to be as fair as possible, so I want your guys' opinions.

I like these rules, seems like it'll make it a lot safer. You need to enforce them though, the services I've seen haven't paid attention so far lol.

Those rules aren't very good. Especially the recording part. Yea, most do have LoL replay however these rules are just going to deter people from using Sythe, as most have their own ELO websites, and most come to Sythe from Epvp forums (known for ELO services). I've talked to loads of boosters as to how to go about verifying legit booster from scammers, and most agree and would say that having an active/trusted member of Sythe verify the boost is far more appropriate (you have that listed, which is good).


E.G, n4n0/you/anyone staff decide on play 1-2 games with the booster. If not playing a game, spectating a game works aswell.

Also, the Account suspension leaving the booster liable is totally rubbish. I've been perm banned on Leauge 4 times, I know how the system works, and it's so easy to frame per say a booster. More so, you can't even tell who's to blame. E.G, a booster may rage, however that may not be reported and may not be the cause of a suspension, and it simply may just be the actual accounts owners doing leading to the suspension. The only way you can tell whos to blame is once you are suspended, and you get the Tribunal case viewing and it shows who said what during the game etc. Then the problem of what if from 5 cases that led to the suspension, 3 were the account owners fault, and the other 2 the boosters, and vice versa. Most boosters never rage/break the rules simply because they are past all that.

A clause should just be made by boosters, prior to boosting stating that any bans during/after boosting do not hold them liable. Trust me, this rule is not feasible.


Edit: Expect a decline in boosters if these rules remain.

 

Exactly what I've been arguing. I'm glad someone feels the same way.

That's far from it. I cant force a change in the rules, but trust me, knowing this market, this is a bad bad move.

Why enforce completely absurd rules though? I don't mean to be condescending, but these rules are poop :'(

 

We'll see how it goes, so far of the 25 people who participated in the rule's creation and feedback so far, there's only two malcontents. The rest seem to believe they have potential to keep users safe, and that's the most important part

 

Alright well it's up to you guys. My opinion stands.

 

Has anything been enforced yet? I had a glimpse, doesn't seem that anything has been reviewed.
