You often come off as a dick, while i dont agree with some of your decisions (i have made mention of them in the past) most of them are spot on.

I wish you would loosen up a bit and be more lax on people that dont present any sort of actual threat even though they can be a bit disruptive, but your gung ho attitude goes hand in hand in handling scam reports and handling pardons effectively where others may of been lax. You seem to close some threads prematurely sometimes and im not a fan of that, but the good you do outweighs the bad by quite a lot.

Tl;dr You get shit done, i respect that. You are a bit uptight on non scamming non detrimental offenses (ie spammers, people who buildup infractions) but that aside you are definitely are hard working admin who seems to take the brunt of alot of the work around here.

Agree with most of what is said above. On the part talking about him being 'harsh' on spammers, infractions etc I believe it's because he's dealt with so much of that type of thing it's just gotten old whereas some users see it as 'joking' it's just gotten old for him. (my opinion on that part though)

You partake in the community where needed. You don't tolerate nonsense, which is good to an extent. Overall I don't have anything to complain about, other than trying to be slightly more easy going.

You're one of the best members of staff the site has seen. Your decisions/vetos etc are all valid (despite others saying they're 'harsh', I agree the pardon system is a privilege and members should only reach the other side in exceptional circumstances) and your "cut the bullshit" approach to handling these things is efficient and exactly what I like to see. You don't post anything pointless, if you post at all, you can be guaranteed what you have to say is helpful and concise.

I see you actively viewing forums and you're online most of the time that I am, which is great to see. Not only do you do your administrative duties but you are somewhat active (viewing - not necessarily posting, which is all people seem to consider) in all sections, and this is exactly what the site needs.

The only negative I can think of (if I really exaggerate it) is that people may feel like they can't approach you because you may come across a bit harsh. But once people see your mighty banhamer and everything you do for the site, I'm sure this changes.

    Keep it up.

I also wanted to add but it slipped my mind that you are very direct in your opinions and actions and dont pull "behind the scenes" bullshit as many of the other mods. You let your actions/opinions be known without bureaucratic bullshit, i respect that. You making such public decisions and doing so much dirty work has painted a target on your back though, all in all its a good thing IMO and very respectable to stand by your actions and ideas the way you do.

FireZ is a pretty cool guy, he bans and vetoes shit and eh doesnt afraid of anything

You're particularly active, perhaps not the most active administrator considering n4n0's joined the team ;) It's nice to see after the thousands of posts and modlogs you've put into this website you're still actively posting around and working hard. While you certainly do veto quite a lot of pardons compared to the other administrators, generally, they are valid and accurate decisions. It's nice to see you posting around the community for fun, as well as on the odd occasion freestyling and ban evading everyone. Good to see that Beast Mode switch still being turned on ;)

My only criticism is sometimes you are quite blunt. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but sometimes the things you say might hurt others. Even if the member is banned I believe that they should be treated a little better.

You're an egotistical, arrogant admin who's actions are borderline Finn. Unapproachable and on a major power trip.

Personally I think you use the veto ability a little sudden, but I also have alot of respect for you. I remember being a sectional and you being global, and being like "god damn he's beastin" and now you're admin and I'm a global I really don't see you doing as much as you used to :(

If I'm brutally honest I think you've been playing a role of a space filling admin - currently the way you use your role is for the grounds of what a sectional is like, doing modlogs, reports, disputes, etc. - The things that you're expected at a minimum to do. Other admins have always been in a much different role: Govind improves several mechanics regularly and has wrote custom tools for the modcp, Verts wants to make comm development work, etc.

Like Nick, it feels you were/are just around to do the duties and nothing else. I've yet to see an idea you've pioneered through, which is a shame considering your at the place which can get things done quickly. This is why I think you were a lot better as a sectional and global, because you done all the nitty gritty annoying things and you could do them exceptionally well, but you haven't been able to pull away from that as an admin, I thought this when you got admin, but assumed you'd prove me wrong. But you didn't

You're a good general administrator but I wish you'd do a lot more than just what your role requires.

While my judgement nor anyone else's is "perfect" I do think most of my decisions are right.

Noted and can't argue with this
Often staff members give in to idiots who write a sob story way too easily. I hate to be the brick wall in the pardon world but it seems as if I may just have to be that way for awhile.

    Thanks and noted.

Maybe being in my mid twenties has something to do with that.

    Noted and thanks

    Noted yet again, and thanks

    Thanks

I try to always have a public side, 20k+ posts has helped me out on that end.

I (usually) make rational and logical decisions, and I stand by all of them. I do feel like it makes me a target though. I took ALL the shit for the Alma banning and will step in to take ALL the shit for ANY staff member who makes a right decision.

I try to turn on beast mode once in awhile, its not like I am banned from doing so.

Part of this is because I no longer work for the hotel and cant get on 6 hrs a day while at work. I know we have some differences in the pardon decisions (feren silver mainly). Thanks

I barely get a few hundred mod logs each month (literally 30 min of work if I really want it to be) This month I have 338 due to the market redesign. I am the "leader" of the dispute forum. I am the most active staff member when it comes to pardons and I usually lead in the # of disputes handled each month by the staff. This is nothing new since like late 2010 or so as I have handled thousands of disputes and have a ton of experience to offer there. The time I take to do disputes/pardons is not hurting anything in any way, shape or form. Also I help in Comm Dev where I can.

I might not be the greatest pioneer but I get shit going and speeding along the track to success. I do not hesitate to try and get good ideas pushed through as quick as possible. Besides the market redesign, the last pioneering thing was the personal support forum. I did however push this feedback section to be back to the old way, as it simply is better.

    Noted. And thanks Karl

I like that your always posting and being active, i've seen your staff journey from Gmod to admin, but what i dislike is that you're really non nonchalant in your posts in the dispute forum. People there are often distraught and confused and you just reply with posts like "Go away, Denied, Get out" ect, I feel like it would seem more fair if you eased up or were less blunt, but hey that's the way you moderate and its seemed to work so far.

I have always perceived you as the rough n' tough 'dont piss me off' type moderator which is a good or a bad thing depending on how you look at it.

I will try to expand on these some. A lot of the time these morons build a mountain of bullshit up and try to make themselves look good or right and I don't fall for it too easily.

    Nice guy, just blunt

I will admit there has been a few times I have probably gone a little farther then needed.

Like other people have said, you can be blunt, but I don't see that as a bad thing really. Most people are stupid enough to not understand if you don't spell it out for them, so you saying things in a clear and concise manner helps out I think. Plus, I like reading your posts in the pardon section, they usually make me laugh. You and n4n0 will make a good pair of admins I think, both of you don't take shit from anyone, and aren't afraid to say what you think.
