    With the current market it seems somewhat risky/wasteful to start something like that now. But if you wanted to go forward with it, there seems to be some pretty good Web Designers available on here. Add their skype, list your Website's requirements and get a quote.

    To make a better estimate tell us what you are looking to offer exactly: which payment methods? Is there verification (if so which kinds)? What's your budget roughly? etc etc.
    Also as mentioned above, start selling using a thread is most likely better (will build a customer base aswell through that).

    Keep in mind that you shouldn't just let anyone code your website. If you don't have knowledge of code people can easily write codes inside that you don't want (think of phishers or w/e). Don't try to be cheap with this if you are going serious imo.
