PlayerAuctions wont pay me?

I need advice from anyone who has been in the same situation as me regarding player auctions.

I recently sold a RuneScape pure account with 1 defence on playerauctions.com and it was bought for $130.

The day after I sold it, RuneScape locked the account and the buyer informed PA of this, so they held the payment. I helped the buyer unlock the account as he was unsure how to do it himself, this was resolved within 24 hours. The buyer then emailed PA to tell them that everything is fine and that they can pay me now.

It's now been 2 weeks since and the payment is still being held, it's stuck on "queued for immediate processing".

I keep contacting live chat every day to check on this and they keep saying the same thing every time I go back, it's driving me absolutely nuts!

"I apologize if there is a delay with your mediation case. Due to the complexity of the cases as well as the meticulousness of our mediation team, it may take some time to investigate and review the evidence they receive. I assure you that they are committed to finding a reasonable decision for your case. I appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter." They also mention every day that they will update the mediation team and ask them to contact me, I try to tell them that I haven't heard from the mediation team at all and it's been 2 weeks and they just tell me there's nothing they can do from their end and close the chat, it's absolutely disgusting.

I have never had a problem with PA before this, but honestly, if this money ever gets paid to me I won't be using PA again, their customer service is an absolute joke.

I looked up my RuneScape account on the hiscores that I sold and the buyer has gotten it to 33 defence. So here I am out of pocket of $130 and my account is ruined. Brilliant.

As you can see here the order was placed on the 30th march and everything was completed on the 31st. Since then my disbursement has been queued, 15 days later still haven't been paid and still haven't heard back from PA. I've emailed them countless times and contacted their live chat (which is absolutely terrible, i'm disgusted the way they treat customers).

The buyer has had access to my account for 2 weeks now and has levelled up the defence which makes its value decrease by a ridiculous amount. I advise against using PA.

 

yes they are very slow and seem to do this alot i think there attempting to scam so if you do not contact them you will not receive payment

 

The thing is i have emailed them countless times, the live web chat tell me that i need to contact the mediation team, but it's as if the mediation team don't exist because they aren't replying to me, i can't win.

 

It's not a scam, actually. I encountered this damn problem, and my payment was held for about three months, until I contacted Jake (PlayerAuctions on Sythe), and he helped me resolve it, so your best chance is contacting the PA guy on Sythe.

 

I actually just received a payment for $43 from player auctions. It was from an order over a year ago lol. I had no idea about it, so I guess you just need to give it time for them to do their thing.

 

I use pa ALOT and to be it sounds like the guy who bought your account is trying to claim his money back otherwise they would have sent your payment out, and judging by the 33 defence that is the case.

 

The guy who bought it has sent me chat logs of him speaking to their live chat asking them to pay me, i'll ask him to forward me an email he claims to have sent.

As stated use the PA guy on here, he will more than likely resolve it. Fast.

 

PlayerAuctions has the worst support I've ever encountered in my life
