How to deal with Paypal Chargeback?

Hey guys new to sythe but I sold some runescape gold to someone from craigslist, he payed first and then I payed him. About 5-10minutes later he claimed that transaction was unauthorized. It was sent as a gift friends and family. Is there anything that I can do to get my money back or anything I should tell paypal when I call them. Would be extremely greatful if anyone could help me out with this as I do not wanna lose my money. Thank you

Not too much you can do tbh. Credit card companies fight hard against unauthorised transactions. Sorry

 

Sadly this is true. I reported the chargeback but the scammer still won and froze my paypal for a year

Paypal doesn't cover anything Virtual therefore they're going to reward the money back to the person who opened the dispute. Do rare situations happen yes. But whenever you purchase anything virtual, just know whether it's RSGP or not Paypal doesn't have seller protection.
