gfx stealer?

So some guy added me on Skype to buy graphics. I made him 3 signatures and an avatar and he said he didn't like them, so I didn't sell him it. But after few days, I saw a guy using the exact same signature and avatar I made. I confronted him about this and he said he bought my graphics for 25 USD from another user.

Basically, the guy who requested and didn't buy my graphics sold it to another person. I don't know how he even sold my graphics when I watermarked everything.


I have chat logs and proof, but I don't know his Sythe username, so I'm wondering if I can still report him.

What should I do? Do I just let it pass or is there something I can do about this.

He stole my graphics and sold it. I would report him, but the guy who stole my graphics didn't provide me with his Sythe username.

Can I still report him?

 

Still report him. Moderators might be able to get an ip match and or Skype match to ban evaders ect

 

Ahh yes, my apologies. As Bleu said, it would still be worthwhile to report him, or you could ask the guy that brought your gfx off him if he contacted with a sythe account.

 

Ask the user who you saw with your signature to give you the Sythe of the person who sold it to him.

 

Give us everything you have, links to the image that you made, links to where he's using it... I'm sure someone that's a bit more resourceful can figure it out .

 

For sure report it, if the guy is ripping you like you say he'll most likely get banned.
