Any way to make sure a file is 100% virus free?

Just Google "Online Virus Scanner" or something like that and start testing the different sites and compare the results.. That way you can make sure it's 99.9% safe if most of the sites show so. You can't ever be TOO sure, there are very good crypters out there.

I've used it myself since April no problem.

If you trust the creator check the md5 checksum of the file and the compare it to the one you own. If it matches then it's safe. If it doesn't it's not the owners same file. This only applies if you trust the maker of the exe.

 

The problem is I can't. His DL links don't work on his site anymore. Which is the whole reason I uploaded it to MediaFire.
