PP problems, need help!

I've had this weird problem for a long time. My paypal account got limited a year ago so I decided to call PayPal and see what's going on as they denied my application for the limitation removal. They told me that after 180 days have passed, they will release the funds for withdrawal which did happen. After that happened I immediately called them to tell them that I have no options for withdrawal as I do not own a VISA card + PayPal doesn't support withdrawing money to Estonian banks. The customer support member then told me to do a withrawal to a local bank so I did. Every time I try to withdraw, it says: "An error has occured." That's crazy! I called them about it and they say such error doesn't exist in their database or whatever. They told me to mail them about it and send screenshots... I was too lazy to do that from that point and now I want your support everyone. If anyone knows what to do then please help your fellow Sythe member!

Here's how the error looks like: (By the way I've successfully withdrawed some money to my local bank in Estonia after this happened from another account so the error cannot be due to the location + My PP is verified.)

Have you tried to contact another guy to look into that account and see if he can withdraw that? Also some other info wouldn't be bad for example, what exactly happened? You can't withdraw the money from a bank in Estonia? Or you can't access to your Paypal account? Information is missing and i'm kinda confused.

 

If you'd be experienced with Paypal, then the info I presented above is more than enough .. I clearly say what happened in the text above.

Did you check your emails? The PP email and your email? They have to be same Maybe that's the problem.

 

Well, I'll take a look @ it, thanks! I'll let you know if this fixed the problem.
