    Having this PP issue for months now

    I moved to another country 3 months ago, I live right next to the border w the country I used to live in. So everything I have is there including my creditcards, when I moved Paypal contacted me saying I'd have to make a new account I did that... the only problem is that I can only link creditcards from another country so I can't make any payments with it, that is not my biggest problem I've talked with Paypal about the error message I get when I try to make a payment with money from my balance.

    There is money on my Paypal, it is available, I have no open disputes I've never even had a dispute. Making another account doesn't work, making a businessaccount doesn't work, my paypal is not limited, I can't get it verified because I don't feel like changing all my financialstuff to another bank in another country. Can someone help me with this, it's really annoying and costing me money since I can't take some of my orders. Sometimes it does work for a while, it doesn't matter how big or small the amounts are. I've called with pp and mailed them, I sended a copy of my ID I did all the stuff that I possibly could do but they say everything should be working fine. I'm tired of contacting them anyway need to tell this story 10 times every call/email before they even get the problem and they don't fix it for me.

    Do you only send the money to one recipient? If yes try sending to another. Also try sending with different types of currencies

    (By send I don't mean complete a transaction, what I mean with "send" is to see if you can get to the second page to confirm)

    Having this PP issue for months now

    Does it with every email, the only thing that works is refunding... Invoice etc. doesn't work either.

    I had this issue, I emailed them and they said it was something to do with a past payment and they deemed it as "fishy". I got advised to try not to make payments for awhile. I left it for about 2 weeks and I could finally make a payment.

    You could try changing your currencies and adding/removing bank accounts.
    I hope I could've been of help.
