acc hacked and banned on sythe

hello people, i know im probably going to recieve hate for this but recently after a leave of absence from rs and sythe, i come back to find my account was hacked and used to sell an account which got scammed.

i am wondering now which steps i will need to take to recover my account and prove it was hacked.

i have been a member since i think 2007 and during that time have accumulated around 150 vouches through random business ventures ive had through runescape.

please only reply to this thread if you can help me with my problem and we will let the mods decide on whether i was in control of the account or not.
