Negative Paypal Balance, runescape scamm please help!

i have negative balance on paypal from runescape scam.
Is there any way to reduce this? or atleast not pay it? They have my home info and phone number ect... I read online where, someone was deducted 1$ off for every 3$ they added. I would like to do the same, because the amount of what I got charged back is $350. That's to much for me to pay, any thoughts/idea on what I should do and how I should do them?

File a fraud claim best you can do but virtual item sales are risky

 

Have you attempted to dispute said chargeback causing your negative balance? If not, try that. If that isn't successful, call PayPal and explain to them said situation. You will most likely be blacklisted from using paypal regardless of whether or not your problem is rectified.

 

This would be a contradiction in Paypal's t.o.s.

There is no way out of this unfortunately.

 

Yep, sorry man. Next time be a bit more cautious and informed about the risks of selling/buying via PP.

 

IF you aren't connected to your credit card, or phone number/address then just close/never use the account again. I managed to get rid of a $500 negative charge after someone did a charge back on me when I was middle manning.

Other than that there isn't much you can do. Pay it off over time I guess. $10 a week.
