Just some advice, i wouldn't suggest anyone to team view with a PC that is believed to be infected as OP is asking.

If you want help with the issue, describe the full issue here, and i'll see if i can help.

1 - You shouldn't have more than one antivirus running. Avast! is the best free one IMO, uninstall any others

The following is assuming you don't have viruses, merely clutter

    2. Download CCleaner from here
    a. Install CCleaner
    b. Click 'Analyze' on the 'Cleaner' tab,
    c. When that's finished, click 'Run cleaner'
    d. When 'run cleaner' is complete, repeat b-c until 'Analyze' finds nothing.
    - this could take some time, depending on how much shit is there

    3. In CCleaner go to 'Registry'
    a. Click 'Scan for Issues'
    b. 'Fix'
    c. 'No' to backup, you really don't need to
    d. 'Fix all'
    - Repeat a-d until it finds none.

I had someone do this because their computer was running slow and the performance changed significantly. Try and have all windows (chrome, applications) closed during this process, it'll speed it up.

I've used malwarebytes and it seems to pick up everything where others have failed. Was put onto it from the computer techs who service my office's computers.

Anything beyond recommending programs would be a tad difficult though, unless you explain exactly what is wrong with your PC? Scan it, defrag it. If that doesn't fix it, might be looking at a reformat here :(

(just be thankful the blue screen of death hasn't visited)
