hello everyone so i got problem :
i am from israel and in israel i cant make any gambling payment (runescape ...anygame) look picture down !
so "i didnt know that" i was looking to buy account on PlayerAuctions and its 70$
and make " Neteller " acc (its the same of paypal ... why not paypal ? cuze its not show up on my PA acc)
and i put 76$ on it so i can buy the account on PA ! and i try to make the deal (to buy the acc) and its didnt work so i call the neteller and ask them ... they said u cant do it because u from israel...blah blah blah !

so why i need help ?
i want help from some 1 of any country (not israel / not usa)
thats if he can make account on neteller and i will send him the 76$
and he buy for me the account.
the acc is 70$ on PA and he can have the 6$ free for him ( as reward)

Why can't you use a vpn or a proxy?

 

i tried its cant be done why ? becuase on player auction they cant know ur real ip even if u in a VPN .... i already try it :/
