I been selling LoL boosting services and after season 3 ended I have gotten a few chargebacks by scumbags and it as been a few weeks. 2 of them are chargebacks from a bank and another 2 are "unauthorized payments". Paypal is not investigating this themselves also. WUT DO?

That's how PayPal works, they cater to the buyer always. The best thing that you can do is prepare yourself for any other trades you will do. Only accept PayPal from truly trusted users here, otherwise use a more secure method such as Western Union.

I turn away 6 or 7 people for every trade I do until someone I feel I can trust comes a long.

Its a dog eat dog world out there, don't get bit.

Sorry to hear about that. Best of luck.

Then only accept a secure method if payment. Look into Western Union, or start accepting RSGP/07GP.

Unauthorised claims are the worst, if you havent verified fully sender of payment BEFORE completion of service you're on lost position

To add what I told you on skype, also try and request to see their ID/match it to their paypal name. Generally in regards to boosting, they won't chargeback if you have their information (excluding account information).

I'd also suggest if you're planning on opening up a website, to do it sooner rather than later. As you can acquire an inbuilt fraud detection system, which would significantly minimise casual chargebacks.

I've had to pay 500$ to paypal last time this happened to me. If your account is verified to your bank account/street adress with your ID, then you'll probably have to cover that with your own money.
If it is not then just back away from it, never use it again.

    Welcome to the club...

Next time ask for verification, ID Scan with a paper handwritten saying that the person is buying an item from you and that is aware of the payment that is about to occur, names must match paypal, also requesting an email from the same email that the person uses on paypal should help.

    Cheers

For the future you should think of setting up new payment methods that are safer.

I had a buyer that opened a dispute of Unauthorised Payment, I don't know why...
But I didn't reply to Paypal with any info and just left it there. A week or two later, Paypal refunded my money and I won the case
I guess you could say it was luck?

very hard to win any kind of charge back and unauth'd charges are impossible as far as I am aware especially when coming to virtual goods. so I don't think you will be able to get any of the money back.

In the future have them do the following to ensure your safety the best you can

    - get them to send via gift

    - get them to write something along the lines " hey thanks for all the help you have given me here is what I owe you plus a little extra"

    - make sure to word it differently for each person you deal with or at least as much as possible. This is to ensure paypal see's the sender OWED you something and makes it look less conspicuous in the event paypal looks into past deals you have done as they will often do when someone escalates a payment chargeback. [ they do this just to see if you have had problems in the past or are a scammer etc.

again they are very hard to fight when dealing with virtual goods I'd suggest trying to run through an auction website like PA. Hope this helps I'm fairly familiar with paypals mechanics so if you have any other questions feel free to pm me and I can try to answer them the best I can.

If you have nothing to prove the payment was authorized by the paypal account owner, then there isn't much you can do.

Paypal disputes are almost impossible to win. My recommendation is to simply gather what information you may have that the trade did take place and input it.

    Paypal Help

Getting information won't help your case.
When this happened to me, I gathered this:
    - Email from same email as paypal email.
    - 2 IP Adresses of the guy, same network mask.
    - All skype logs
I told them I was fully cooperating with them in this and I'd want to catch the person aswell, just like them. I've called them by phone, and I used email contact form aswell. Nothing worked.

I also contacted a consumer advise company and this is what they told me, more or less:
    - We don't really work with paypal but if you have no proof the person that actually sent you the money is the real owner, you will lose the dispute.

I then tought of contacting the police, but I luckly didnt. Why? Because I'd have to explain why there was such a big income coming in and I wasnt reporting it to the government.

So, to summarize, gather up the money, learn with it and move on. Its pointless to resist. After a couple of weeks the calls from them will start, after that they'll sell ur debt to some low life debt collector which will try to poke you so much 'till you actually give him the money. Avoid this.

Again, learn with it, and move on.

    Cheers, a fellow victim.
