Buying Signature for my upcoming gold shop, paying rs3/paypal!

Hello everyone!
I am looking to have a 3D/4D or whatever the proper term is for a Signature made with the lettering ''Ascension''.
I need either 3D. 4D, or 720P/1080P quality for the signature and am not looking to pay an insane rate. I don't need anything specially texted onto the sig, only the lettering i stated above. I have little to no knowledge of signatures/sizes/graphics or Dimensions. If 4D/720P or 1080P can be used for a signature i would prefer that. here are some specifications of what i need listed below,

1. Shiny or that effect like Adobe after effects in videos that people use to make them look shiny.
2. Best quality for a signature.
3. Best rate and if you give a discount for either an rs3 payment or for paypal.
4. an example of your best guess of any sig you've seen or done in the past that may look like what i'm asking for to make sure it's what i want.
5. An estimation of how much you charge, competitors charge of your knowledge or you have charged in the past for work like what i'm asking for so I may decide on weither or not I want to pay the price for the work or try to find someone else with a better deal.
