Hiring graphic designer for large project.

My clothing company will be launching in just over a month and we are putting the finishing touches to our website at the moment.

Sadly, our artists and clothes designers can't give me the quality banner I am looking for. Also, I needed a couple of my own designs done.

I won't be paying ANYTHING up front and when you provide the final images, we can discuss a price. Obviously, feel free to add a watermark so I can't "steal" the image.

I am also looking on some other forums and am working with a large bunch of artists so it is a first come, first serve.
