Buying UI and Avatar for Sythe

I'm looking for a UI and avatar, as the title states.

I know pretty much exactly what I want, and as far as GFX goes, it seems quite simple - should be a quick, easy job with good pay (I'll be happy to pay you well for your time if I like what you've made me). Please be willing to tweak your first draft a little, though, because this is something I'll probably be using for quite a while.
