Buying Resize and Recolor

I need someone who can resize a few images for our forums, with transparancy, for a few small icons. Also, one of the icons needs recoloring. The images need to be centered/sized so that the bottom of the image lines up with text (transparent space can be used to center it if it is an appropriate size)
