creating a new website

so i'm planning on creating a new site, with a bunch of links in a sort of 'windows 8 tile'/iphone app kind of way. The idea is that it's like a directory, but more for younger people, with a different 'tile' for all the different areas on the web. (social networks, shops, games websites etc...) within each tile there will be a set of 'sub-tiles' with more in depth categories and eventually actual website links. I will eventually be recruiting a GFX and coder to help me bring my idea to life. I know this is going to be an expensive endevor and obviously i will be paying well for the highest quality work. Although i keep referring to the 'tile' type design from windows 8** I need something which looks completely individual, and in no way like it has copied the windows 8 theme.
I am looking to hopefully find someone on sythe who will take on this job, but what i am looking for from this thread is for anyone who is perhaps interested in this project, to make a little prototype (watermarked obviously) and send it over to me. So if you are interested please do PM me, we will also then be able to discuss pricing.

Prototype requirements:

-A logo, please just use the word 'links' for the title until a proper name is in place
-A user interface to be used as the 'home' page
-Professional styling
-Easy to use but modern and stylish in order to fit the 15-35 target audience

Final requirements

-All of the above
-A fully coded in depth site with many pages and links
-A fully functioning site (I understand i will need a coder as well as a designer for this, but you may have to work with the coder and help eachother when needed)
-Some sort of 'member login' may be required, this is still undecided.
-I must be able to contact you when i need you by Skype and telephone.
--There will be other requirements, but these can be discussed when the time comes.

You WILL be able to have your name in small writing somewhere on the home page to give credit to your design
Pay will be discussed when the project is in hand, but it will be negotiable.

If I am not happy with the design we will need to work on it until i'm happy with it.
