My First .gif Banner!

I have been wanting to learn how to properly do .gif banners and I have finally learned to do some pretty cool stuff. I made this banner yesterday, very plain and basic, but it is a start!
Next time I think I will slow it down a bit.

 

Very rapid lol. Id sugguest slowing it down, including more content, and delaying the repetition to at least 1.5 seconds.

PS or AE ?

Great stuff man!

Only thing I'd say is the second part is a tad hard to read because of the dark red background.

Otherwise loving it!

 

It really hurts to watch that. As its been suggested, slow it down (glare too) and change the color of "NATION" as it blends too much with the background.

Overall, I really like it, it's clean.

 

^Yea, it's really hard to read "nation". Blends in too much. Have you thought about letting it scroll all the way across?

 

Itd be nice if it looped.

The transition is too fast. The black lettering blends in too much with the background. You should have the text go fully across the image instead of cutting it off.

Wow! I love it! To the contrarty of what a few others said, I actually kind of like the speed, but don't ask me why lol. However, the black lettering does make it a little more difficult to read

 

Yea I didn't try to hard to make the logo match well, I more focused on the effects.

 

Looks very nice id slow it down a tad and maybe make the black text silver or white or something so its more visable? Other than that its nice dude gj

imo make the slide-left animation twice as fast, but leave twice as much time before it resets. Maybe three times as much time before resetting

Since it takes up half of the animation time, my eye naturally tries to track the logo as it slides in, which hurts my head because of the color scheme, and then I don't have any time to adjust and actually read the banner before it resets all over again. Honestly it took me three times watching it to actually read "Betnation"
