Here is the proof of blackhat activity, which earns him a perm ban, which he has to PARDON for, not dispute, of which myself and my business were the primary victims, in addition to MMOpoker. The damages include loss of income from downtime, server upgrade costs, labor involved in that, and losses from potential business due to iZinc's blackhat attacks leaving him with a monopoly at the time.

Now, in order for Killian to pardon, he must first pay damages to his victims, which he has made no attempt whatsoever to contact me even though I am on call 24/7 (Skype, IRC, our site, etc)

Joopii posted against Killian's dispute, but everything he posted was never addressed by any moderators whatsoever, and Killian was unbanned.

To my knowledge, Joopii has not received any reparations for his shares in BBB's site. In addition to this, Joopii is owed unpaid earnings from BBB:



The ~2.4T bet @ the site over the past ~6 weeks nets (If I'm not mistaken) 106B EoC gp in commission, which brings Joopii's owed earnings in the past 6 weeks to $13,405 @ $.42/m

If iZinc wants to buy out Joopii's share and be able to pardon, he has to pay the $13k he owes from the last 6 weeks earnings, as well as however much a 30% share of a business that (calculated with the above numbers) produces over $300k annually


Killian said this in his google doc from one of his previous disputes, claiming that Joopii wasn't worth the 30% share that Killian scammed him out of



However, shortly before this, Killian had said that Joopii's hand in the business accounted for attracting 85% of the site's customers

tl;dr Killian has to be rebanned and has to repay his victims, then pardon.

 

I was pretty sure people got perm bans for DDossing and social engineering. I can't think of their names but I know some pretty big traders were banned for one or the other. Idk how long he's been banned or a lot of the details but if other users are receiving permanent bans either unban them or keep this guy banned.

Edit: I read his dispute and I think the whole personality test and making the best choices is BS. I remember the name iZinc from when I use to gamble at Dragon Dyce and he was a high rank. He did it for his own personal gains without the influence of anyone. He's been around long enough to know the right decisions to make, and being influenced by someone is just an excuse. If you own a business there's really no excuse for illegally attacking the competition. This guy's been around long enough to know that. I don't think he should be perm banned but maybe a 6 month ban would be more appropriate.

Interesting thread. Through my research I found they were both prolific scammers using blackhat tactics to take down competition. Neither should be pardoned because it is obvious they're dirty dealers.

 

Interesting that a moderator that seemed to be the most involved in his unbanning discussion was a host at his gambling site.

 

That's just the thing --- He didn't even pardon, he posted a dispute and was unbanned swiftly without paying back his scams.

 

I had nothing to do with his unbanning other than being repaid what was owed to me.

I am a co-owner of Dragon Dyce and I can confirm that Killian has made no efforts to contact us and repay is debts to us.

 

I'd question the judgment of any mod giving Joopii or iZinc much consideration in the unban department.

 

Slightly off topic, but shouldn't this be in the RAS forum? Not really feedback.

 

I actually already reported it to be moved to RaS, but in a sense it's also feedback for the mod(s) who unbanned someone who still had unpaid victims and required a pardon.

^Straight from pardons section. Unbanned received his payment which he was owed, therefore BBB has pretty much admitted to his wrong actions, therefore should be responsible for repaying dragon dyce.

 

The story I know - It was never iZinC who took over Joopii's shares. It was Joopii who scammed iZinC.

 

Honestly he should have to repay ALL users before he should be unbanned

 

Wait woah, I never knew of any counts of DDoSing/scamming DDyce members? Does anyone have solid proof of this, or at least that screenshot with a skype profile included

 

Did you even read Killian's dispute that got unbanned? He ADMITTED IT and POSTED THE SCREENSHOT OF JOOPII'S SKYPE OF OUR POKER SERVER IP HIMSELF SAYING TO DDOS IT.

 

His original ban reason was for the issues against Joopi and the statements presented by Joopi as well as Zinc's counterarguments. I wasn't even aware of the issues with DDyce.

I agree completely, he didn't meet the necessary criteria to be unbanned.

Both that website (complaints) and the owners are sketchy as hell. I'd like to see big rich moderate a case, but if he isn't up to it the case needs to at least be revisited.
