    Disputing a ban

    Scam report thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=994383
    Account I'm disputing: iLukel

This ban is ridiculous. First of all, the person who reported me has posted half of our msn conversation and said, "Why would he block and delete me if he didn't run off?". Well my friend, the answer is simple: You might want to look at the rest of our conversation.

The scrollbar is cropped out of the conversation for the reason I just mentioned.

    So why was I banned?

Well.. Gohan decided to "Send me a PM giving me 24 hours". I replied explaining the situation, and nothing further happened. A few days later, another moderator stumbles upon the thread and says (and I quote),

"I'm assuming you got nothing, banned."

Why I am upset about this is that he didn't verify the situation, he simple ASSUMED. This angers me as he is not investigating, and one of the human rights is right to a fair trial. Did I receive anything along those lines, or did I receive a straight prosecution? It's the latter.

Furthermore, why did I receive a ban on as little evidence as he posted? I do not see evidence of me changing the password or that he has lost access to the account.

Please sort this out. I recommend investigating before banning and doing the job correctly.

    Regards,
    iLukel

The member also PMed you about working something out and received no response. Why would you respond to Gohan but not the member?

"I do not see evidence of me changing the password or that he has lost access to the account."

Obviously there is no way he can show evidence of you changing the password and you know it.
