[giddy]Unfair ban, dispute

Reason: no proves posted, not even trade screenshots, banned by unfair way by G, despite the fact that Hahanerd asked for trade screenshots.

Mr. G, mind take a look of scammer report forms. There is clearly said that you need to post ''trade screenshots.'' You can not bann someone for just a feeling. Who ever posted this thread against me, has clearly no proves against me scamming him and now you banned me because he posted some farmer talk there, not having a single screenshot of that trade there. All my trades are 100% legit. Since when are JaGex's emails counting?

I am looking someone more edugated here to read trought my dispute thread and make the final decision.

 

I have deal with Joga on many instances with no issues, he has been a reliable account seller for many members. I would be inclined to believe his version over the others, but ill leave this for giddy.

Look at the email from Jagex. The account is clearly not in his possession anymore, and in the hands of the original owner. Also, you can't really have screen shots of the original convo, proving a recovery... the recover takes place long after that. That email is enough proof for me, maybe you weren't the original owner who took it back, but none the less, it was taken back.

 

If I may include at least two cents, it is to reiterate that hundreds of accounts are getting hacked without explanation. I've been accused of recovering accounts at least 10 times in the weeks since Feb 01... obviously, I didn't. However, I'm almost certain that if I wasn't already established as a very trusted seller, I would have been banned for it.

As for the Jagex email - it means nothing to me. They talk out their asses a lot. I don't think that they even bothered checking which person is in possession of the account once they realized it was traded.

 

If JaGex is truly this careless, then he may be unbanned. I expected more out of them, but you are probably right, since you have dealt in this area before.
Unbanned, but if there are any other threads accusing him of recovering, I saw we give him at least a TwC.
