Dispute on my TWC

I was issued the TWC after i bought a obby mauler from a sythe player (i forgot name) he went first due to my vouches. I was on the account veifying everything specified on the thread. when i asked him for his paypal i was logging in and my computer overheated and shut off. Yes i know it sounds made up but im being serious. My computer was covered in dust and it would overhead after 1 hour of use. I askedm y cousin wtf happen and he check and told me it was covered in dust. He took me to frys to buy air canisters and it cleaned my computer. The computer where i have chat logs of the coversation is broken cause of the motherboard messing up so i bought a brand new computer. I havent scammed anyone and all my vouches are legit. That was a very unlucky time to trade and neither i or the seller had any idea what was about to occur.

How are you not banned? The report shows that heavenlord banned you?

Secondly, do you have any proof that you paid him back after you claim your computer overheated right as you were to send payment?

 

i talked to heavenlord and told him what happen. he unbanned me wit a TWC and i didnt pay the guy back as he recovered the account back. he blocked me over msn and when i told him on sythe pm he never believed me so yea.

 

From the evidence, I am inclined to say no. Why did you not dispute it when it was given?

 

Because Heavenlord said i got lucky to get away with a TWC and my computer broke shortly afterwards and i just got a new one like 2 weeks ago so i decided to appeal.

 

Ok. My suggestion in the previous post stands. Will wait for global+ to make final say.
