Dispute (kollaneapelsiin) ban evading

Why im banned ? never scammed no1.
My older account was banned for spamming ad.fly site last year and thats all crime...?

There was also some random name in my ban description maybe its misban because thats not me whoevers name it was there.

Please deal with it hurry because i have sent money to few people and now im banned ? Im scared that i might get scammed because of that
