who the hell is jeff ive never made an account on here except iluv when i was bored and thats because a friends told me about the site , i want to able to sell and buy accounts in a trustful way how can i do this when a ass goes around using my i.p to block different sites

this has happened on 4 sites now , i almost got banned from rune hq forums and i got banned from rs for a while because of unsporting like conduct to the forums moderators ,

im telling you like i told them i Did Not have anything to do with being banned on sythe.org and i can promise , if i do you can i.p me again from sythe web page i know for a fact this is not me..
