I cannot Register

When I attempt to register on Sythe, I enter in all the information that the form asks me for such as my intended username, password, email, the 3rd letter of the alphabet, a recovery term, etc., and I eventually reach a white page the says something to the extent of "www.sythe.org/do=add_member.php" The page has absolutely nothing on it; it is just white. I've tried 15+ times with and without proxies. I have never had a previous account on your site. I have tried multiple computers. The problem persists.
