While I can acknowledge that it is my paypal, there is not sufficient proof that I recovered the account. For all we know, or I know, Trinnity could be making false claims. Why would he be making false claims? Hell if I know. I clearly warned him that I am not the original owner and that I do not have sufficient information to recover it.

 

He told me to post this:

How can I prove that the account was recovered? I could give a mod the Username and Password that I set on the account to prove the login isn't working. And I don't see the point of making false claims as I've wasted $130 on something that was recovered back within less than 24 hours. And although I acknowledge that you were not the original owner of the account. What are the odds of the account being recovered within the first 12 hours after claiming you've owned the account for a few months now. I will be searching through my trash can on my computer to see if I still have any of this recorded. I'm pretty sure I deleted everything after the trade cause I deemed you pretty trusted in my eyes, but I will still look. If I do recall I believe you promised me a refund if anything happened to the account. But because I do not have sufficient proof of you saying that I'm going to have to base it on your honesty.

Well see, that's the predicament. There is no exact proof that the account was recovered. Why would someone fib? I'm not sure. However, this is to Gohan.

Could I be unbanned or at least given a trade with caution until more proof can be given? Simply because the claims so far do not have any solid proof that I did anything.

http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=878882. In one of the vouches, the account sold was recovered just as fast as the one sold to me. Coincidence? I think not. You haven't even logged onto msn to discuss the issue at the least. If you really cared about this, you would at least talk it over with the person who purchased the account. Instead of acting stupid, maybe you should refund me the money before I have to take it into my own hands. And if the account were recovered by the original owner, maybe you should contact him and ask what is going on. It still doesn't make sense to me that you claimed to have owned this account for months and coincidentally when I become the new owner and wake up in the morning I wake up to an account being recovered.

My reply: I would be fine with a TwC, but I'd like some more opinions on this from Staff.

 

Im fine with a TwC, but if sufficient proof is given that it was recovered, or we find this happens commonly with his trades, i say we add a member to the ban list.

 

TWC requested. You wont be unbanned until that is done either.
