Deagon's unban requst - Banned unfairly :(

Ill just tell the full story.
It started when i was looking for an account swap, I'v been offered many accounts and PayPal offers, for the account i was offering for swap.

I found one guy that replied to my topic that interested me the most it was a high leveled main, few 99's for my range initiat pure.
So i swapped the accounts, i was in control of his account for few days 3 approximate, the guy seemed legit after i have made the trade. I knew he had a TWC but i know everyone deserves another chance so i just made the trade and hoped he wouldn't recover the account.
Then a late night, he pm's me on msn saying "Why did you recover your pure" and i said i didn't, you can just recover it with the email you got set at the moment, because i can with your so it's no different. Then he replies " Ok, i believe you but who could recover the account?" I just said i don't know i own the account, no one else.
Then i had to go to bed, I set my bot running on his main for the night.
In the morning i find the bot logged off i try to log back in... Failed...

So i try to recover the account also failed...
Then i recover my pure, i succeed before i get to log in i take a screen shot of the IP address i still have it, i was in school logging in the account.
When i log in I'm beside a bank in edgeville, no items in inventory, I check the bank only to find Swordfish(197 in quantity) left in bank, i start raging cause there was around 7m wealth all together there and i was looking to sell the account...
So i obviously start raging at the guy who hacked the account, the account that i traded for my pure was his main i check his log only to find my account(pure) killed by his account(main) i got picture's of this too =/ in the adventure log...
So i flame and rage at him, i was so mad because he was acting all innocent like he didn't know what was going on >.< so i hoped he would crack after i mentioned DDoS i threatened him by this hoping he would either commit to it so he can get banned or give the main back.
No luck...
So i just commit to it and give up i have no proof that he scammed be and just walk away and hope for another account sale that was offered before...
I was offered 40$ for the account but had to reduce to 35$ cause of the bank...
I used an mm(Classics) to trade this time, the trade was successful.
I received my money and everything was fine, the mm and the guy that was buying this account(jacko50) can confirm that the bank was empty...

The reason i want to apply for an unban is cause I feel that this is unfair, he wasn't harmed the guy who i threatened because i got no clue how to DDoS nor know any one who can i just acted like it so he just give's up lying

If i get unbanned i will certainly will not do it again, please i hope i can get another chance...

I issued the 30 day ban for DDOS threats, even though they were false (meaning he cant go through with them by himself). A 2nd staff member will impartially rule on your 30 day ban.

 

I do agree with a temporary ban. Threatening to DDoS (Especially if it's towards Sythe itself) is quite a serious business and I'm sure Sythe himself would see 30 days as a lenient punishment if this is the case.

However if you did say something along the lines of "Jokes" or "Just Kidding" right after you made the remarks, then I say the ban can be shortened.

 

In this case, he deserves a months break.
