I'd Like to Apologize.

For the Past 2ish years (before just being anon) , I have been a member at Hackforums.net.

I have posted on and participated in Blackhat threads on their forums.

Now Please let me explain.

I joined hackforums in July of 2010. I joined with the hope of every teenager of becoming the next "great" hacker, on the run from the law. This was as naive as it gets. In the past year, I have matured immensely and found myself more and more drawn to give up that foolish dream. This is my announcement of it.

Now, I could have never said anything, and just continued my happy life here on sythe, with no one the wiser (for now, though with our active community and leadership, someone would have seen my name on the forums eventually.)

But, I decided, in order to help get rid of this... delusion?... I had to admit this to myself and others.

Before i go on, I'd like to make a few things clear -

1. I have never attempted to hack/scam or otherwise injure anyone on this site.
2. I have never posted anything on Sythe that leads to a download of mine AND have suggested against all types of .exe's on this site
3. Over the last month I have become more and more drawn to this site, mainly for it's great community.
4. Finally, I am willing to take responsibility for my actions, though I hope that this is a good first step toward atonement.

I want you to be an example for other members to come out and confess they have done something wrong. I will have more respect for you then I ever did before, it takes someone with immense moral conscience to make a thread about their previous actions and how they were in the wrong.
