Ban Dispute for The eBay TRS

I ask him to post a dispute here but he say's he cannot because it vanishes. So he asked me to post for him.

So in a basket he was banned for using a flagged IP. I'm pretty sure as open days come and more students find out about sythe, they will be using that IP. Only thing that will stop their future bans is if that ip changes. The service it uses is at&t, the same service starbucks use but different ips.
