I’m sure if you could contact x0wned, he would agree and say I did nothing wrong, for all I did was make sure A got to B and B got to A. I did not recover the account after the trade, and why would I?

Since being banned, I have ban evaded, only real notable account is. Savage Rhino.

Yes I broke the ban evading rule, I apologize greatly, but all I used it for was to buy and sell items\accounts. If you read the thread 14 vouches totaling over $2,000 in trades. Never has there been a valid scam report against me, on any account.

How have I contributed to sythe?

I have MM’ed a ton for users, as well as sell them accounts totaling a vouch total of 266.

What have I done since?

After being banned here.. I went to powerbot.

Handled over $36,000 in trades and over 300 vouches.

I honestly do not see the problem you have with me as a person or user.

I have done nothing worng, and if you read that thread of my initial ban I was falsely banned.

I did ban evade, but never scammed and continued to provide users with a legit and safe/fun experience on sythe.

I feel I didn’t get a fair ruling, for Tyro falsified my Pardon as a global, when then it was a admin decision/affair.


Now Tyro, there is some truths, and some not.

As far as the “Copy cat” goes. No.

I used a few stickies of Sythe, and the OMM\UE App.

I changed all Sythe stickies (To my knowledge) and revamped the OMM app, currently in the process of writing my own UE app.

As for the “Copying staff”.

We had a mod named Sin and a mod named RyanTM.

Sin is a former Admin on Powerbot/RSBot, and I think it’s redundant you say I was trying to copy the staff here, just ironic another girl likes the name Sin.

As for Ryan, he never claimed to be Ryan from sythe, but after learning his OMM app was faked, he was demoted and stripped of his titles.

This is the same Ryan on Powerbot who was ALSO a mod on Powerbot, where he did the same thing (Ripped Ryan’s Ava\sig there).


I don’t see how you can fault me for that. I joined Powerbot, after being banned here. I made RSPortal after Powerbot was sued. It was never about Sythe or an attempt to be a copy cat.

Also I realize there is a 6 month period between posting new pardons. It has been 3. I’m posting one now because. 1. I feel I got an unfair response the first time A. Because I feel my pardon was falsely tampered with, though some truth in what Tyro posted. B. Now the rules for pardoning are different and 2. My ban in the first place was kind of unjust.

 

What do you think is a fair ruling? An unban? You're required to abstain from appealing for a pardon for 6 months just like everyone else.

This to start. Additionally you ripped your entire site from this one, word for word in some instances. You ban evaded several times. Lastly I distinctly recall bringing it to your attention that one of your admins had scammed someone on here of a half wine when they were worth around $800 and banned the person to shut them up, and nothing was done at the time.

I know your a legit trader, no doubt about that. I suggest following the rules like everyone else though, because showing disdain for an admin as well as ignoring the 6 month policy regarding new pardons is NOT going to help your case, especially the 6 month part because not complying with that is an insta "denied try again in 6 months"...

 

On that account you can try again in 6 months. NOT before July 18th 2011.

I'd highly suggest you take that mockery of a site down if you ever want to be taken seriously.
