My IP is banned!

Hey, I have seriously no clue as to why my IP is banned on this forums... As you can see this is my first post ever and i don't know what rule I've broken to deserve it.
I go on sythe on my Iphone and my computer at home. My home IP is banned and i totally do not have a clue as to why that happened.
When i visit sythe i usually surf the runescape markets and gather information on gold and item prices to get ready to make my first trade on the site after free trade has been reintroduced.
I'm currently on my iphone to post this message and i hope this doesnt count as ban evading...
It's really confusing how my sythe account isnt banned but my home IP is..
