Why did I get TWC?

Why did I get trade with caution? I haven't done anything and just logged in today and had trade with caution, also check scam reports and there is none against me??

I was never informed to respond or anything... Also I didn't even use the gift card?? Why did I get TWC?

 

I didn't scam him, why did I get TWC??

 

Contacted him and I'm trying to work something out with him, I don't know why he didn't contact me about it in the first place, thought he was ok with it as he never responded to any of my messages.. Anyways I worked something out and ready to pay him for the gift card.

 

Regardless of whether or not you buy it back, you dont work out terms of a trade, agree to it, then back out after the other person has handed over their end of the trade. TwC is warranted IMO.

 

TWC for what? It was a misunderstanding which was my fault, it obviously won't happen again, it just happened this one time, I never scammed or attempted to scam any one.

Edit: When scam report was filed on me, no one even contact me to give me side of the story, just gave me TWC without contacting me.
