I know how bad my excuse is. Apparently, after Bryce got angry at me, he decided to get onto my MSN and troll anyone who was on. I checked my history just now, and I hope you know I wouldn't say anything like that. I really don't know what to say. Bryce did all of it, but I know there's no way I can prove it. We've been friends for a while now, but you have to believe me.

I was going to say I didn't think you were like that. However this "Brother" thing never ends well.

 

I'm okay with a TwC because I know how it feels to have a brother involved in your troubles. Kleenex wouldn't lie about this because I don't think he's the type of person to do so.

 

This is like the nine millionth dispute I've seen from you over the past year. Surely you're doing something wrong if you've been banned enough times to warrant so many disputes.

 

I'm not sure if you denied the dispute or not. I've had my share of bad luck throughout my time here, sure. But if you take the time to look at it, I'm sure you can see I'm not at fault.

 

Opinions please.

 

If it has actually been confirmed that he has a brother (which it sounds like it has) then I imagine it should be looked into.

HHN has the same issue (scamming brother) and he has managed to do fine with it. If he was banned solely for being related to smithyroo, then perhaps an unban with an initial market ban/TwC, with the market ban and TwC having the possibility of being removed as time goes on and no instances occur?

 

I'm fine with an unban. Refer to Hahanerd case.

 

The ban is warranted. Unfortunately, we can't take your word for the brother excuse, and ultimately you're responsible for your IP.
