Ze_Crypt Ban

I got banned for "scamming".
I did not get the membership on my gamertag, and I discussed with the person who accused me and offered compensation of 80M when free-trade comes back. I explained that I never used the membership however I was willing to compensate for whatever his losses were. I told him to wait till the 14th for free trade and I would compensate, I don't think I should have a ban, but instead a TWC until I pay him back on the 14th? I never did scam him, and I know that for a fact, but I am going to compensate. Please give me TWC until the 14th so I can pay him back.
