banned.

i was banned on the account "buxte"

what happend was that i was buying a 99 hunter acc for $20. the guy went first to me and i checked all the info then i sent him $20. he asked me if he could refund it and have me send it as gift. i said sure seeing as there would be no problem with that, however, when i looked at my paypal it WAS refunded but my creditcard didnt accept the refund leaving me with $0. i couldnt pay the man with no money and i was stuck unsure what to do. call me a scammer but i didnt deserve a ban. i would gladly rebuy the account from him or just not at all, id just like to be unbanned
