A final answer please

Ok so my last disputes have been FireZ saying he is fine with an unban and saying he's taking more opinions so to speed it up, I will try and provide you with as much evidence as possible to prove that I was banned wrongfully.

Please start off with reading my first 2 disputes to know what is going on. You'll be able to find them in the archive.

First off I'll start by saying I was banned for evading for an account called "Hybrid pure7". Hybrid pure7 was banned for evading for an account called "Royalistic".

Now royalistic was created on a different IP address then Hybrid Pure7 and J-man. Lets say royalistic is called IP1 and J-man is called IP2.

J-man - Created on IP2, Always logs in from IP2, always posts from IP2
Hybrid Pure7 - Created on IP2 (read previous disputes), Always posts from IP1 (I assume), Has never logged into IP2, Has never posted on IP2
Royalistic - Created on IP1, Always logs in and posts from IP1 (I assume), Has never logged into IP2, has never posted on IP2

So why was Hybrid Pure7 banned for Royalistic if the creation IP address were different, yet the logins and posts were from the same IP

So why was J-man banned for Hybrid Pure7 if the creation IP address was the same, yet the logins and posts were from a different IP and has Never logged into J-man's IP or ever posted from it even once.

Using that logic, you may as well ban every single account that has ever posted or logged in from or was ever created on a widely used public IP address (as I assume someone in the past has scammed from that IP as it is widely used). No my IP isn't public that was an example.

Further evidence I have is that Hybrid Pure7 lives in a different country than me as his profile says "New Zealand". I live in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia meaning I have a queensland/brisbane IP address. Now after I supposedly created that account for him, I assume he logged into it/posted from it almost straight away. Using that logic, I would have had to all the way to New Zealand from Australia and back just for a post?

and you will see that Hybrid Pure7 and J-man posted on the same day. Assuming that the IP addresses that J-man and Hybrid Pure7 posted on are very very far away from each other, I would have to travel hundreds of kilometers and back just to reply..... to MYSELF???

I don't think I'm crazy enough to start a conversation up with MYSELF on a forum and while doing it travel a quarter way around the world for an IP switch.

Now back a look at J-man's profile and Hybrid Pure7's profile. You will see that all the information from the birthday's to interests are different. This is hardly evidence, but something to consider.Now, I want to give more evidence and this is not much, but look at the style of talking and the way he posts compared to me. Again, not much, but consider it.

Here Hybrid Pure7 reports royalistic for evading and royalistic is banned. Then Hybrid Pure7 goes and gets banned for royalistic. If that was me, why the hell would I report myself?

More evidence I have is that notice how J-man has only ever posted one MSN email address ever which is [email protected]. Now look at Hybrid Pure7, he has never posted that his email is [email protected] and he posts that his email is [email protected] and [email protected]. Now has J-man ever posted these emails before so people can add? No. I also found this post from royalistic which proves he is also Hybrid Pure7: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=7156137#post7156137. Using that logic, if I went onto J-man, I would have posted the same email address.

Also please note that both Royalistic and Hybrid Pure7 were created after J-man was created. If I was using J-man every day, why would I go a create a couple more accounts and use them? Technically since J-man was created first, a scammer would have scammed on that account first instead of creating new accounts.

You created an account for someone else off of your ip. Not real smart, but I checked the ips and that account never posted from your house at all.

You have served a 14+ day ban and I am calling it good enough, unbanned.
