The Legit Shop Replying To FireZ Again

Note: I made this new account because that is apparently the only way to get a hold of firez or any admin.

My ban reason is as follows: "hacking rs accts, hacking steam accts, hacking msn's"

and this is the evidence that FireZ has collected. (All off-site I might add)

Exhibit A - Seem to know how to "Secure" stolen accounts quite well.

Exhibit B - Taking/showing interest in a free recovery guide

Exhibit C - Interested in Steam Hacking are we?

Exhibit D - You admitting to recovering an rs acct

Exhibit E - Not sure what your saying here except encouraging others to make a domain to phish rs accounts

Also he mentions I should be banned off of sythe because of the sole reason that I donated to that site, a little bias now are we?

And here is my response to all these allegations.

Exhibit A - Thats not only for stolen accounts its for all accounts and common knowledge that most experienced rs traders know , I have traded many accounts on sythe, would I really be dealing with accounts if I didn't know about them?

Exhibit B - I see people recovering ACTIVE accounts all the time and want to know how they are exploiting the recovery system so I can protect my accounts from this ever happening.

Exhibit C - The same response as in Exhibit B, if there is an exploit or technique that someone can use to try and steal my account I would like to know about it.

Exhibit D - You pm the user, he gives you the username and info of an account he owns and you do a recovery test, nothing against the rules about doing a recovery test for someone.

Exhibit E - This was a joke thread where he basically asked what website do you think would be the best to phish, notice how he replied with "Haha and " indeed proving it was a joke.

Exhibit F - Yes I TRIED and FAILED to decode the passwords of other hackers.

Now I for one do not see any clear and circumstantial evidence that supports the ban reason "hacking rs accts, hacking steam accts, hacking msn's"

I understand it looks suspicious, im sure many members here are part of hackforums, should they be banned for that? I was given a high pardon for ban evading because I am not a threat to this community and the only thing I have done wrong is maybe have 4 infractions at one point.

I would just like to add a quote from FireZ regarding my first dispute thread "Anyways a 2nd staff member will make an impartial ruling." Which has not yet happened.

Thank you for reading and I hope you understand my points and where I'm coming from. There is no circumstantial evidence of me hacking any account. There is a reason that I was pardoned for ban evading ( http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=922281 ) because I am not a threat to this community. I openly came forward to ban evading with no accusations or allegations, it would make no sense for me to do that if I was breaking other rules of sythe in the process.

I think it's quite clear he had a deep interest in hacking. If it were up to me, I'd leave him banned.

At most, an unban with a permanent market ban and TWC.

 

Did I distribute a keylogger? Is there any post showing me hacking any account? Your basically saying anyone that googles 'keylogger or phishing' is taking an interest in hacking and therefore should be banned. and how is the market ban related to this? I'd be happy with a twc so I can put this behind me but how does me being part of another community warrant a market ban? Why would I come out to ban evading and request a pardon only to be banned for something off-site and completely unrelated?

 

You made the thread on FJ titled "They be lurking" and obviously you had seen a few known FJ members getting busted left and right and yet you still did nothing to stop or come out and admit to or anything of the sort.

The point here is you post on every hacking/recovering and cracking thread there yet claim to ha zero interest in it for malicious purposes. People have been banned for 1/5 of what these pics have against you.

 

Because there is nothing to stop / admit to. I didn't do anything. Find me an account I hacked. Find me a keylogger I distributed. ANYTHING. These pics have accusations with no circumstantial evidence of malicious activity. Yea those fj members got banned because they probably sold keylogged accounts here or something of that matter. Like I said, If you find me something then I'll stop disputing because I know I've been proven wrong and I cant argue with the evidence, but until that evidence is actually presented I'm not just going to accept being banned because 'everyone from fjagex is a hacker, cheater, scammer, with no regard for any human being' or whatever it is that you think of everyone over there Firez.

 

So can I be informed on whats going on if anything?

 

Let's compare hacking to terrorism. Actually, we'll call it e-terrorism.

In the real world, you can get arrested if you show interest in terrorism. You can get arrested if you are involved in terrorist organisations(the website), you can get arrested for having equipment to make the programs(the programs).

I could make one for each exhibit, but I think you get the drift.

 

Lets compare it to murder.

You might have a witness that put me at the scene, and other witnesses saying that me and the person who was murdered had an argument. That's all you have. No murder weapon, no circumstantial evidence which would make any jury vote guilty let alone take me to court because you just have allegations and some evidence which doesn't really prove anything and can be explainable with none malicious intent. And you also have reasonable doubt.

Or, how about we cut it out with these silly metaphors, and simply look at the facts.

You are an active, contributing member of a site that supports and educates people on hacking, phishing, and plenty of other illegal and immoral activities.
You have attempted to acquire/purchase information on how to commit some of these activities.
You recovered accounts using a guide.
You advocated phishing.
You attempted to use "over 15" different hacking programs for gmail accounts.

Additionally, the site which you are a sponsor of is most likely responsible for the recent influx of mass spammed phishing links throughout the site which have infected many members.

None of the above is circumstantial, it is all derived from the photo evidence provided. I don't really see why this dispute has yet to be denied already....
