High pardon.

What brought my bann - (On Welsh)
I was sick and tired of seeing the arrogance and the unhelpfulness on the Sythe forums, mainly from FireZ so I decided to post so on the Feedback thread [Page 17] Obviously I had replies to my critisism to which I replied and they replied then I replied and I was banned until the 29th/12/2010 for I believe being offensive. Nothing I said there was offensive, it was my opinion and my feedback however constructive it was.. there's a post that says the mods can work out what they can do to better themselves by the critisism they get in this case being unhelpful -> being helpful. So I had 2 sythe accounts, Cymraeg and Welsh. On the bann page it says not to make another account, get a friend to post for you on post without registering. I wasnt aware that I could post without making another account (could be something to look into) so I posted somewhere in the Feedback forum that I was banned obviously for getting on the wrong side of a few staff and another Guru even used my case to back up their post on another thread. After posting on that newcomer account, which obviously had no intentions of trading anywhere on Sythe and if you check the account Welsh you'll see that account hasnt scammed or done anything wrong but I think a few posts that could be deemed as spam by the author e.g "Ridiculous price". So I was perm banned on both for bann evading. Bottom line is, if I had kept quiet and not got on a few staffs wrong side I would not be banned right now.

Where it gets complicated-
I had a previous account Jonesd1, which I returned to after months and months of rejoining a Runescape community clan. I was here for a few days and after seeing cases of what I was posting about in the feedback thread recently I used this in my signature ..



Obviously not true, I found the signature amusing and it goes without saying this is the case for some online moderators.. within a few days of that being my signature I was banned for bann evading without any explanation. I took this to be just an excuse to bann me for that signature as someone took offence so I made another Sythe account and I opened up a botting shop which we've had to close temporarily, now probably permenantly :/

Where do we go from here?-
I used the example of me being banned before for that signature as an example of the moderators abusing their power. I knew the risk of me posting critisism on the feedback thread and many others have posted simular things on the Sythe forums about staff taking personal views against others, and treating different members in different ways. I'm hoping you could unbann one of my accounts for me to use, preferably Welsh as it's the account my botting shop is on and I hope to resume the shop soon. I'm very sorry for bann evading, only 2 days ago I realised you could post a dispute being unregistered and if I knew this sooner I would have disputed my account Jonesd1.. knowing I was unfairly banned led me to make another account without having to look back at anything because I had'nt done anything wrong. I've spoken to one member of staff on Sythe and I asked what do you think of my case and he thinks I should be unbanned, every attempt i've made has been shut down my FireZ (the risk of getting on a member of staffs bad side when you believe you're right by critisising them).

Suggestions-
I know a handful of moderators are really helpful in their posts, the Runescape forums is much bigger then the sythe one and the moderators manage to give explanations etc so I fail to see why some members of staff can't. Fair enough with disputes, if they see it's denied nothing's going to change that but in other threads I and I know many others find moderators very unhelpful and fairly rude.

For clarification, you were initially banned for infraction buildup on Welsh. Not for your comments on the feedback thread.
