High Pardon Request.

Dear Moderators/Sythe Members,

I have been on Sythe for 3 years if I remember well. It was the days where Sythe was still small, yet active community. I have recently decided to go back to Sythe, as the update of Free Trade and Wilderness are near, to talk about Runescape with people. As I arrived on Sythe, it told me I got banned, even if I did not log in for a long time. I do acknowledge trying to scam Steam accounts, and I highly regret it, although I never succeeded and the original accounts always got back to their owners. As far as I can remember, I did not steal anything from anyone and they did not get it back. I would like to come back on Sythe, but not to trade. This is why I would offer to get unbanned, and given access to only Runescape general discussions forums, to show my determination. I do not want to trade again, I do not want to get into this kind of trouble.

I truly apologize to those I may have tried to steal something. To you, I give you my honest apologizes. I highly regret what I did and I will never let it happen again.

''Kougar'' was the account banned. So the summary would be that if you accept to apologize me, I would only have access to non-trading sections of the forum, or even just Runescape forums, so that you can be sure I will never get involved in a trade. I may have done mistakes in the past, but I'm a good man.
