insanemanic is a banned account on sythe, his Registration IP is literally half a mile away from your own registration IP, something a new ISP would do.
insamemanic has used the exact same program -Hotspot-.

I use to pk in a clan l2W The term I had last when I was in the clan 1-2 years ago.

As for Using the same proxy Hot Spot it is one of the most common proxies and i'm sure a few others have used it as well.
