IP banned?

Why am I IP banned? I come to sythe to request a high pardon after my other appeal got denied. I find out I'm IP banned.

I haven't ban evaded, I'm sticking by the rules in hopes that maybe I'll get unbanned eventually.

The day I was banned, I did log into an account (~XS) for lurking purposes, but did not and didn't plan on posting. When I got temp-banned in August I asked Skele (when he was staff) if I could be on an account if I didn't post. He approved this. This was all in my initial ban appeal, which was never handled.
I don't know why this would matter as the ~XS account was banned the day of my ban, its been a couple days and the IP ban was enacted today.

This dispute is only for the IP ban, I'm going to request a high pardon for the ban in general.

Also, can someone besides FireZ handle this? He is extremely biased, and I all I got was a "go away" on my other dispute before it was deleted. All I'm asking for is a fair trial.
