Why am I banned?

Hey I really would like to know why my account J-man is banned. It says I was ban evading because of "Hybrid Pure7" but I have no clue who that even is. If you read back to my last dispute you would have read that I have never EVER logged into an account called Hybrid pure7 before, so why the hell am I banned?

No, I have not evaded any bans.
No, I have not scammed anyone.
Yes, I have read all the rules and have broken absolutely none of them.
Obviously you didn't read or check up on the IP's to see that this account is not even mine, yet you still ban me for it.
I have no clue who Hybrid pure7 is, apart from just a random.
You said I am responsible for any accounts on my IP, but I am 100% sure that firstly this in NOT my account, secondly it is NOT on my IP. I have never logged into the account and ever posted on it before.

Would you go banning someone if they logged into a school computer once with unknowingly someone else having an account banned on that IP? No

Would you go banning someone if a mate introduced you to sythe while over at his house and never logging in on posting at your mates house but using the account at your own house and then your mate goes and gets banned for some reason, and then you get banned when you've NEVER used his IP address before? No of course not. There is extremely clear proof that it is not the banned persons account.

Secondly, when I say I might have created the account for someone because they needed help, I didn't know helping someone out was against the rules?? Where does it state that helping people is against the rules? Next, I do not even remember this "Hybrid pure7". If you thought someone was new to sythe and they were having trouble joining, wouldn't you want to help them out? I have never logged onto the account or ever posted on it or don't even know the password or even remember creating it to tell the truth.

Now I can understand the rule of you are resposible for any accounts on your IP. Of course it is fair that if you and say your brother have an account on the same IP you are responsible for your brother too. That is very fair in my opinion. But... Is Hybrid Pure7 my account? No. Is Hybrid Pure7 on my IP? No. Have I ever logged in or posted on an account called Hybrid Pure7? No. Who the hell is Hybrid Pure7? I don't know.

Further evidence I have that Hybrid pure7 is not me was he/she got banned for evading from an account called "Royalistic". So are you saying that I am Royalistic? I advise you to check the IP address that royalistic has logged in and posted from to the IP that Hybrid Pure7 has logged in and posted from to the IP that J-man has logged in and posted from.

There is undeniable evidence clearly in front of you that:
1. I have no scammed anyone
2. I have never evaded
3. I have NOT broken ANY sythe rules
4. This is an extremely unfair ban and you obviously did not consider anything I said or other people at all and did not even care one bit because your too held up with other stuff.
5. I am banned for NO REASON AT ALL
6. I clearly am not this so called "Hybrid Pure7" that you state I am.

I am here to run a legitimate business, http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=967489, and I have 15+ vouches on sythe which I am very proud of earning. I have never broken the sythe rules and I never will. I have not scammed/evaded. All I ask is please unban me so I can run my skill service with rsmanik and see that you have clearly made a mistake with this ban.

 

Alright of course the ips do match.


Anyways I have verified that his very first post wasn't from your ip address. I am fine with an unban.
