Banned for no reason

Hey I recently tried to log onto sythe and I got given this message:

You have been banned for the following reason:
ban evasion - hybrid pure7
Date the ban will be lifted: Never

But I have never even logged onto an account called "hybrid pure7" before.
Let me briefly explain what I think happened. When I had my service up a while ago, http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=6930340, I had heaps of people add me, I did their orders, etc. One guy added me and I think he ordered something or whatever, can't really remember, so I asked for his sythe name and he said he didn't have a sythe account and he said he was having trouble creating an account because it always came up with a white screen for him so I offered to teamview him. I teamviewed him and tried to create an account for him and saw what his problem was, so I then offered to create an account for him on my IP address. He said thanks man and I was finished with him. I have never logged onto the account before though or have never accessed it at all. To tell the truth, this was so long ago that I hardly even remember creating it. I have not yet looked as to why this "hybrid pure7" was banned and I don't really care. All I ask is that you check the IP address that this account has logged in from and you will see that I have never logged into it or ever posted on it. I don't even know the password to the account or even remember creating it but I'm pretty sure this is what happened.
