PS- Pen please dont just "Denied", because word on the street is you're Mr. Deny man or something O.O.

I know this is a "Admin" Only thing in the say of if the pardon is accepted or not, but if maybe you could ask for feed back in the staff lounge about this, or make a poll. If you read through I haven't contributed to Sythe as much as other sites, but I want the chance to show my worth.

I'll try to go in depth as I can to why I should have another chance here on sythe with out making it a novel.

Offenses I have committed?


Well Early 09 or late 08 I had an account called Makoto_Nagano.

I was temp banned for spamming.

I made an acc that was later perm banned for ban evading, MakotoNagano.


Well I felt since I didn't commit THAT serious of an offense in the first place I could make another account.

I never scammed nor planned to on this account, but I figured I'll get caught and permed any ways so I made this thread on the account and confessed.

The mod who banned me I believe it was Benwise said it was dumb to turn my self in for 1. I probably could of not been banned and 2. They were looking into the perm for evading a temp at the time.


Now I have made ALOT of accounts since that time.. Most just for lols and to post\contribute my thoughts in the suggestion section, none made it past 25-50 posts before I did something dumb to get my self banned (IE- insult a mod, spam, tell a mod i was vading, but no scamming) except 2 accounts I used a lot.

SiCk V2 was the first which was made in August of 09.

I acquired near 40 vouches doing a service with my friend Harped and a little bit with Feren Silver/Gohanforever.

Up until this point. NONE of my accounts have been banned for scamming.


I did end up getting perm banned on SiCk V2 for scamming I believe 2 maybe 3 users.

Well theres no excuse for scamming obviously and I'm not going to make "excuses" to as why I did like medical conditions IRL I had in the past which are true(Bi-polar & Adaption to change disorder), but I did it when I was temp banned for spamming on SiCk V2. Why?

I was temp banned for a stupid reason, I had 4 infractions for valid reasons. My 5th was for offering to verify a one letter account name which I DID end up verifying successfully for him.

They give me an infractions for that...?

All I wanted was my dispute heard or at least looked at for another user has done the SAME TYPE of thing (I Heart Str)

There was SIX threads I linked which were VALID infractions and yet... he remained untemped, but now permed anyways..

So yes I did decide to scam people while I was temped because I was mad, I could find the thread if you (staff) wants to see them.


Another account I'll dully note, for it had a lot of posts is DoDgEBaLl. I really did no trading on it, it had around 200ish posts... Got permed for posting on that anti-troll autoban thread thing Sythe made. I'm sorry for that Sythe, no disrespect was meant, I didn't know at the time all the trolling the Spamfags were giving you at the time.

I would refund those I could contact if I was allowed to be given a second chance, and those whom couldn't be refunded I would donate the additional to Sythe.org, without wanting the PiP donator rank of course..


Anyways.. All I'm asking for is simply a second chance. I know 99% of the time, you get stories and stuff of people who say they didn't scam or people who said they have changed, but some times.. They do. I'm not trying to throw people under the bus here.

1. Finn, whom scammed before coming to sythe and agreeing to their ToS. He still scammed didn't he? Don't a lot of you mods/admins have the "once a scammer, always a scammer" mentality?

2. Gohanforever. He admitted to scamming in the past no? He was given a second chance after being put on a 3 month no mod probation for what he has done for the community since then contributing greatly.

3. I believe necromaner24 was pardoned once for scamming? Not sure if he was re banned since.


Anyways, I'm not trying to lecture you by saying these things, for you are aware of users who have done wrong in the past and changed their ways since.

I know you don't care about other site statistics here, but I list these just to try and prove I have changed.


After leaving Sythe, I registed on Powerbot (AKA RSBot)

I have obtained 2700 posts and 66 vouchdes, 20+ from MMing, 20+ from services, 20+ from selling/buying items.

RSBot was sued.. As you know and was down for a time.

So YES, I did go and register on Kamakazy_Kid's rip off of a site RSPortal.org

I became an admin there, totaling around 80 vouches on the site it self, and received the trusted tag and $50.00 donator.

I know you frown upon that site and Kamakazy, I requested my account be deleted there for I only wanted/made it there whilst and for the reason that RSBot was down, but my thread of vouches can still be found here.

So currently at this point... I'm registered on 2 forums actively.

Powerbot.. and

FJ (FuckJ****). Yes like the Hackforums, which I do not use.. This site is frowned upon, I simply post there in free time, I purchased sponsor there for $70.00, and have made a donation thing for paypal there much like Spyike had/has here on sythe. I do not take/dump/sell/buy any stolen/phished items, nor know how to.

FireZ admits he has a account there too, which is simply used to catch people doing fraudulent things that are against the rules on sythe, I do similar things.. and Usually just tell a mod on MSN for them to handle it, so not much proof I can show that I've done a lot as far as off site offenders go.


Well how can I show I have contributed thus far?..If at all?

I'm the one who provided the evidence and matched A with B for Megamatt using Powerbot threads that were HIGHLY similar to sythe threads.

Just today I reported an illegal trade of accounts here on sythe.

A user from FJ sold his account Sex° to another user, which I was the MM for. After completing the trade, I later reported the account, KNOWING I could get it banned since I have banned accounts on my IP, and I logged into the Sythe acc to verify he had it.

That is 2 contributions. As well as the ban evaders I have reported over time on SiCk V2, and other random 1-5 post accounts, and helping Necromancer24 over MSN with ban evaders and so on..


Yes.. This means I am currently ban evading as Chao$... With good intentions in mind as you can already see, reporting the user I mentioned earlier Sex for being a ban evader/acc seller.

You can feel free to ban me, I didn't make it to scam or cause havoc on the forums.


So what I am asking exactly? I'm asking for a pardon, a second chance here on Sythe.org, a clean slate. I wish that I could make a new account here, and be given a chance to show I can be a beneficial member to the community. I have nothing to hide and pretty much spilled my guts as much as I could with out dragging this on forever. Obviously I'm intelligent and so are the staff of sythe.. Not saying this as a threat.. or that I'm going to if my pardon request denied... Got a new laptop early for Christmas.. Nothing really stopping me from calling my ISP and requesting a new IP since mine is static and has been the same since March. Then just starting anew here on Sythe, but I'd much rather come clean to every thing I've done and hopefully be forgiven of my sins that I've committed on sythe, some minute and some major..
