Travis - Counter Scam

Well I just found out this was against the rules so I'll post one of these.

Back in June i was Purchasing Dungeoneering levels in the following thread

He refused to do my skilling until I switched paypal for a Debit Visa Card.(Also he refused to Refund me until I had the visa card.)

So I Told him I went and get the card (the next day) and He sent a Payment to me(not a refund) Which i didn't notice, and I told him I didn't get the card ect. He then appealed to it (which He lost) So I got my cash back and he lost his Scammed money(My money).

I did file a scam report which got him banned for Evading.
