Dispute a Ban

Apparently, I was accused then banned falsely for 'Evasion'.

Baffles me because I've been framed by some other member on here. I wasn't certain of who it was before reading the reason, but they used my email and my artwork without permission for sales on this site. The supposed person is 'LightningIIIX' who must have a different email because I'm the only person with access to my own email clearly. My Sythe account is named Falsate and it's registered to [email protected].

Proof: Only one email account can be registered at a time. Check the LightningIIIX's email then check Falsate's email. It makes absolutely no sense because this person (LightningIIIX) used [email protected] knowing they don't have access to it and I do. It's proven my Sythe account Falsate is registered to '[email protected]' yet LightningIIIX has '[email protected]'.

Secondly: After searching the graphics forum since I frequented that forum mainly, this person also attempted to use my submissions on deviantART, but closed it down very fast to avoid copyright work. Check their profile for posts in that forum and you'll see exactly what I mean.

This person pretty much used my artwork and email as a veneer for their attempted sales. I have proof that I am [email protected] and was framed by LightningIIIX. I can prove this on YouTube , Messenger, and Email that I'm [email protected] :\
