High Pardon Appeal

i admit that i scammed a account but only 1 i dont know his name and i have lost his msn. but i stole the account and i told him the details and he recovered can some please un-ip ban me? i have done nothing since and i would be loyal to sythe again. and the only reason i scammed him was coz i sed please do not go on the account and then i said im chaging the pass while i do this ordwer and he didnt get the message. Sorry, Cheap 99's
