Ban Dispute - iFerZz

Hello.

i've been banning for "scamming" and not refunding an upgrade.
i'd like to explain why.

i was trying to sell some guy over msn a upgrade.
than he sent me the cash and i tought he didn't sent it as gift.

but another reason was i had some family problems that are kinda private.

i'd like to refund the money and get unbanned. it was a mistake that i tought he didn't sent it well.

Hamjak or something like that banned me so if you read this i'll refund.

is this ok or?

 

Refund the guy, then show us proof. Then come back with that picture, thanks
